Programmes and 360s

A campaign can be a single 360 or a programme. Import a series CSV on the programme to create one child 360 per person, each with their own raters, survey link and report. Pay and publish on the programme; child 360s go live with it.

Series CSV (several 360s)

Use this on the programme page under Import series CSV. No header row is required. Lines starting with # are ignored. Rows with the same surveyee email become one 360.

1. First name of the person being reviewed
2. Last name
3. Gender (male, female, or blank)
4. Their work email
5. Class: manager, peer, report, self — anything else is Other
6. Rater name
7. Rater work email

Class names manager, peer, report and self map to those groups. Any other class (for example board) is stored as Other with that label. The last Other label on a person wins.

Rater CSV (one 360)

On a single 360, import a headered file. Columns can be name, email and role, or the longer participant plus rater layout. Extra people in the file are not added to this 360 — use a series import on a programme instead.

Named raters

After a 360 is live, each named rater can be reminded, watched (email when they submit), ignored (skipped for reminders and “all raters responded”), or given a personal survey link. Ignored people do not block completion mail.
